About

My name is Sarah Nagy. I have worked in social services and nonprofits for fifteen years, and my focus has always been the same: to make resources easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to use in real-life situations.

My professional career began as a case manager serving homeless individuals in South Carolina and Tennessee. Since 2014, I have lived in Baltimore, Maryland and worked alongside refugee communities and Baltimore City youth. I love this city and the passionate, dedicated community that drives change here.

My background as a case manager shapes everything I build. I design tools with the field in mind—resources I wish I had when I was juggling caseloads, often training myself, and trying to serve clients with limited time and support. I aim to create materials that are practical, easy to use, and helpful for both frontline staff and busy supervisors.

I also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine from 2010-2012. The ongoing war in Ukraine has had a tremendous impact on my life, and deeply informs many aspects of both my personal and professional life.

Right now, many of us are navigating a difficult moment. Case managers, service providers, and frontline workers are being asked to do more with fewer resources. I created this page because I believe we need clear, well-organized tools to support one another. When we share what works—openly and practically—we strengthen our collective impact.

My goal in the resources I build is to ensure every resource is clear, easy to use, and accessible to a wide range of users. Thank you for the work you do. I hope the resources here serve you well. Please feel free to explore, use, and share them with others in your network.
